Saint Nicolas relic and document

This is a beautifull relic which has always been well kept, though it did survive a flood at one point in time according to the previous owner, the flaw is that there is a bit of a bleed in the writing, but the writing on the document is still very strong and black, sometimes the old ink starts to fade which wasn't the case here. 

Seals are intact, threads are intact , will add some pics of the seal later today. 

We did notice a bit of wobblieness on the document which means it came into touch with moisture. 

Selling it because we found a better one, size of our new one is the same but the holder of our new one was silver, so I am selling this one.

Small seam/ split in the wooden theca but doesn't affect the relic or its authenticity, most wooden frames have this, could be of a change in preservative conditions
