The paper has some wear but if you pull it hard it doesn't break intopieces so it is still firm most of the damages are superficial, so some abrasions and soiling,clearly wasn't kept in the best condition, but overal I would say it is very good and will last for many years to come both seals match the wax seal on the document and on the theca are a a match and
